Vegetables remain at the heart of Vegetable Ranch. Grown on more than a dozen cultivated acres and in five unheated greenhouses, Vegetable Ranch produces more than 40 different vegetables including traditional New England varieties, heirloom selections, and a few European specialty crops. In keeping with our mission, varieties have been selected over the years with an emphasis on quality and taste. At Vegetable Ranch leafy greens and root crops are available 12 months of the year.
